Frequently asked questions
Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK within 2–5 working days. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands or some remote postcodes – message us if you are unsure.
Can I delay my delivery?
Yes. If you are not ready yet, we can hold your order and deliver it later – up to 6 months from your order date.
What sizes are available?
Most of our beds come in Single, Small Double, Double, King and Super King, and take a standard UK mattress. Exact measurements are shown on each product page.
Do you offer assembly?
Yes. Add our assembly service when you order and our team will bring your bed to the room of your choice and build it for you. Without assembly, delivery is to the ground floor.
What storage options are there?
Choose gas lift ottoman storage – with a reinforced slats, solid divan or full metal base – or a non-storage slatted or solid base. Prices are shown as you select each option.
How can I pay?
Pay securely by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or spread the cost with Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal Pay in 3. Cash on delivery is also available with a small deposit.
Can I see the fabrics first?
Yes – we offer free fabric samples, so you can check the colour and feel before you order. Message us on WhatsApp on 07512055535 to request them.
