Shipping Policy
At Bedfactree, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery service across the UK.
✅ Delivery Time: We deliver within 2-5 working days from the date of order.
✅ Delivery Location: We offer ground-floor delivery only, unless an assembly service is booked.
✅ Shipping Costs: Free shipping to most places in the UK. We cover mainland UK only. Highland areas, remote locations, and certain postcodes are not included.
✅ Missed Delivery: If you miss your scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
✅ Checking Your Order: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any damages, report them to us within 48 hours.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
📌 Standard Orders: You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
📌 Custom or Made-to-Order Beds: As per UK law, custom-made beds are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return Conditions
🔹 The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
🔹 If the product has been assembled, it cannot be returned.
🔹 The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refund Process
🔸 Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
🔸 Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
🔸 If you used our assembly service, the assembly fee is non-refundable as it is paid directly to the courier.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at Bedfactree@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
